A major developer and National Ventilation combine to bring luxury living to Wallasey docks

The project will restore the magnificent Old Corn Warehouse to its former external glory and see the provision of 168 luxury loft style apartments within. All 168 apartments will benefit from the Monsoon, multi room extract system (MRES). The MRES is not only more cost effective to install and run, it is also much more energy efficient being able to provide ventilation for up to 5 rooms at 350 m3/h. This means that electricians can save time and money on the installation and developers are aided in achieving environmental savings.

Forward thinking Specifiers and Architects are now using MRES as a complete solution to the ventilation question. A single wired unit that can be positioned in either a loft void or side mounted in a smaller space if required, provides a cost effective and fast solution to extraction.
